Alto Auto Group is an auto broker service operated by Nicholas Scammacca as a sole proprietorship in the State of California. Alto Auto Group facilitates the sourcing and negotiation of vehicle purchases on behalf of clients.

Alto Auto Group provides auto broker services including but not limited to: sourcing vehicles from dealer networks, negotiating pricing and terms on behalf of clients, assisting with trade-in valuation, and facilitating the vehicle purchase process. Alto Auto Group does not sell vehicles directly and acts solely as a broker between clients and licensed dealerships.
While Alto Auto Group makes every effort to secure the best available pricing and terms, we cannot guarantee specific savings amounts, vehicle availability, or deal outcomes. Results vary based on market conditions, inventory availability, and individual deal circumstances.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deal terms before signing any purchase agreements. Alto Auto Group is not responsible for any agreements signed directly between the client and a dealership.
Alto Auto Group's fee structure will be disclosed to the client prior to beginning any active vehicle search. Fees may be paid by the client as a flat broker fee or by the dealer as a finder's fee, depending on the nature of the transaction. All fees are disclosed upfront and no fees are charged without client knowledge and agreement.
By submitting your phone number through our website form, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Alto Auto Group regarding your vehicle request. Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at [email protected].
Your use of Alto Auto Group services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Alto Auto Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to complete a transaction. Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid by the client for services rendered.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
Alto Auto Group reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
